We strive to provide spiritual services with the utmost sincerity. However, we understand that plans change. Our policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and compliant with Indian Consumer Law.

Cancellation Window

You may cancel your service within 1 hour of making the payment for a full refund, no questions asked.

Refund Request Period

48 Hours

Refund requests are accepted up to 2 days (48 hours) after the purchase date, subject to conditions below.

1. Refund Eligibility Conditions

  • Full Refund: If the service/report has not yet been delivered or the consultation has not taken place.
  • No Refund: Once a consultation is completed (via phone, video, or in-person) or a personalized report has been delivered via email/download.
  • Rescheduling: If you cannot make your appointment, you may request to reschedule instead of cancel.

2. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are strictly non-refundable:

  • Instant Downloadable Charts.
  • Emergency/Priority Consultations (due to immediate resource allocation).
  • Completed Spiritual Healing Sessions.

3. How to Request a Cancellation/Refund

  1. Send an email to help@molana.in.
  2. Subject Line: "Cancellation Request - [Order ID]".
  3. Include your Name, Order Date, and Reason for cancellation.

4. Processing Time & Disputes

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method (Source) within 5-10 business days. Banks may take additional time to reflect the amount in your statement.

In case of any dispute, we adhere to the grievance redressal mechanisms mandated by the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. Please contact us first to resolve the issue amicably.
