We process your data based on your explicit consent for the following purposes:

• To generate accurate astrological charts and spiritual readings.
• To communicate with you regarding your consultation.
• To process payments and prevent fraud.

3. Data Protection & Sharing

We implement strict security measures including encryption and access controls. We do not sell your data. We share data only with:

• Razorpay: For payment processing.
• Google Analytics: To understand website traffic (anonymized).
• Legal Authorities: Only if required by Indian law.

4. Your Rights (Data Principal)

Under the DPDP Act, you have the right to:

• Access a summary of your personal data processed by us.
• Correct, complete, or update your personal data.
• Withdraw Consent: You may withdraw consent at any time.
• Right to Erasure: Request deletion of your data.

5. Retention & Breach Notification

We retain your data for 3 years to maintain consultation history, after which it is securely erased. If you wish for earlier deletion, please contact us.

In the unlikely event of a data breach, we are committed to notifying the Data Protection Board of India and affected users within 72 hours of becoming aware of the breach.

6. Children's Privacy

Our services are not intended for individuals under 18. If we require birth data for a minor (for a parent's consultation), we require Verifiable Parental Consent before processing.
